Do you offer discounts to academics, students, or non-profits?
Yes. If an entire educational organization, such as a university, is interested in a school-wide subscription, we can offer a reduced rate for an Enterprise plan. We reserve the right to end the discount program due to abuse of the promotion or other circumstances. Please contact us directly for more information.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After your free trial ends, you have some options. If you want to continue using Synapse, you can choose a paid plan. Once your free trial ends, you will not be able to access any of the content you created during your free trial. The good news is your content doesn’t disappear; when you subscribe to a paid plan, you regain access to all your content. Please contact us directly for more information.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Online plans are flexible and can be paid annually. If you choose to cancel your account, you will never be charged again. Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made and we do not provide partial-term refunds.
Which types of payment are accepted?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept debit cards. You can also have us send an invoice to your company when you get past $5000 USD dollars. Please contact us directly to sort out the details.
What if I run out of storage?
No problem, we can add more storage to your account. Additional storage will be available as an add-on to your subscription.
How safe is my data?
We take security seriously. Synapse has SOC2 certified processes, and is constantly keeping its security practices state-of-the-art to safeguard your data and maintain your trust.
