We’re now looking for a Software Release Manager to own the release management lifecycle including day to day issue management, scrum planning, testing, scheduling and controlling the release across different stages and environments. Reporting into the VP of Engineering, the Software Release Manager will be responsible for liaising with Product and Client Success to ensure on-time and high quality releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and streamline tools such as JIRA to manage the release lifecycle
  • Pre-release manual software testing alongside executing automated tests
  • Oversee the scrum process and progress to communicate what is being released and when
  • Prioritize tasks and tickets on a daily basis to keep sprints on track 
  • Communicate with Client Success to understand client priorities and help triage bugs
  • Establish QA and test processes to ensure high quality releases 
  • Act as liaison between Product, Client Success and Engineering to coordinate releases, and internal and external communication
  • Work as a team to always deliver the best customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technical Support, Engineering or Project Management 
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
  • Experience with implementing and utilizing project management software such as JIRA
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work well with cross-functional groups
  • Experience and familiarity with writing software is an asset but not required
  • Client facing experience is a plus

We’re now looking for an Account Executive (AE) to help the company drive net new business sales into strategic named accounts. You will take over qualified prospects during the sales cycle to further assess client needs, conduct software demos, handle objections and navigate procurement processes to close deals. Initially, you will be working directly with our CEO and will be one of the founding members of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly understand and communicate Synapse’s value proposition
  • Work as part of the sales team to implement value-selling processes
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Use consultative selling to build value-driven relationships with prospective customers and help them achieve their business goals
  • Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience always

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years in software sales (SaaS)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
  • Experience working with CRMs such as SalesForce and other Sales Automation Tools such as Outreach
  • Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills with experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work well with cross-functional groups
